Andy Tilden will leave °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care early in 2021 to take on new challenges after 20 years supporting learning and development opportunities for the adult social care workforce in England.

Andy is currently °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care’s Director of Operations, returning to that post after a year as the organisation’s Interim CEO before handing over to Oonagh Smyth in March.

Oonagh says,

I'm lucky to have had Andy’s experience and counsel as I began my role as CEO but I appreciate that he feels that now is the right time to take a step back and pursue other opportunities. We're obviously sad that he's leaving, but he'll remain a valued member of the team until early 2021 so there is a smooth transition into a new strategy year. All of us at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care owe Andy a debt for his leadership as our Interim CEO, and he has made a huge contribution over the last two decades supporting employers to offer high quality learning and development to their workers.
