This interactive module is designed to support managers and leaders in all adult care settings carry out learning reviews that bring people together to holistically explore an adverse event or near miss.

Learning reviews allow teams to explore different perspectives and create a positive action plan that supports individuals and seeks to avoid repeat incidents.

Important update: sales of eLearning modules are temporarily paused 

Sales to °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care’s eLearning modules have been temporarily paused until the 14 October. 

From Monday 14 October 2024 you’ll be able to access °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care’s eLearning modules on our new learning management system, which will provide an improved experience for customers accessing and completing our eLearning modules. All the existing modules will be available to purchase on the new platform, except for the CQC modules which are currently being updated and will be available from the end of October.  

If you’ve already purchased eLearning modules you can continue to access the modules by logging into your °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care account, selecting the ‘Virtual learning environment’ button and following the on-screen instructions.

Through the 35 minute digital learning module you’ll:

  • discover what learning reviews are, why they’re needed and how they can help you
  • learn how managers can move from completing reviews at an individual level to involving the wider team
  • find practical tips for embedding learning reviews into your working environment.

 

Access the module

  1.  to your °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care account. (If you don’t have one you can )
  2. Select the ‘Virtual learning environment’ button on your °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care dashboard.
  3. Select 'All courses' to display the list of the courses currently available.
  4. Select the ‘Learning from events’ learning module.
  5. Select the option to 'Log in using your account on: °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ for Care'.

 

Please note: When first logging in you’ll have to confirm your account via email. An email will be sent to your registered email address – please click on the validation link to confirm your account (check your junk folder if you don’t receive the email into your inbox). Once confirmed you should be able to access your selected module.
